"The thing that keeps me listening to The Torch is the unique guitar work throughout. The solos have a slight minor bent, as well as the song structure. I like dark stuff. It is from the circumstances and pain of life that we can even rise up and have faith, making us stronger believers as we work out our salvation daily. "Father" is a take on the prodigal son story that brings the pain to light."
